An adjunct instructor of nutrition at various local Kansas City colleges (Longview Community College and Park and Baker Universities), where taught Human Nutrition, Biochemistry of Nutrition, Research Methods, Nutrition and Behavior, Clinical Ecology, Vitamin and Mineral Metabolism, Nutritional Status, Medical Terminology and Oral Communication..

Clinical dental hygienist, observing that health was a matter of self-responsibility and that small things done daily may prevent a full-blown crisis. Earned a Master's Degree in Biology/Clinical Nutrition at University of Bridgeport and began lecturing to lay groups and professionals about the marvels of nutritional science and its practical applications.
